DESCRIPTION:Every 3rd Friday of the month it’s Folk Night at the Art Bank!  Come and enjoy two folky acts each time.  This month we have the pleasure to introduce:\nOld Friends:\nAfter performing many of the same songs individually for some time at Nailsea Folk Club, ‘Old Friends’ got together five years ago to add harmonies. Strong songs from as far back as the sixties up to date. Based around the accomplished picking style of Howard Jones on guitar. Some of your favourite songs, some of ours and one or two surprises.\nIssy and David Emeney:\nOriginal and traditional songs and tunes accompanied on melodeon and guitar with rare lyrical skill and sensitivity. Issy & David marry beautiful melodies and captivating stories that draw the listener right in making them one of the most engaging duos on the folk scene today.\nDoors open at 7 with music from around 8.  Free entry but magic hat donations encouraged.\n
