DESCRIPTION:Frome’s friendly, fun and inclusive dance aerobics social comes to the Art Bank weekly on Mondays from 12.30 – 1.30 pm.  All are welcome but we particularly encourage adults with learning differences and their support workers to get involved.\nEasy-to-follow confidence-boosting routines: sing-along, get fit and meet new people!\nBefore these sessions there is our weekly art group for adults with learning differences from 11am – 12.30pm.\nAll free of charge.\n
