Barry “The Fish” Melton: Final UK Tour

A genuine Woodstock Festival legend comes to The Art Bank for one night only.

Barry “The Fish” Melton, founder member, lead guitarist and vocalist of Country Joe & The Fish, is flying in from San Francisco for his farewell UK tour. A key figure of the 1960s psychedelic scene, Barry performed at the legendary Woodstock Festival with Country Joe & The Fish, whose appearance in the Academy Award-winning Woodstock film became part of rock history.

This final UK tour marks the end of an era. Barry will be fronting his superb long-time UK-based band, The Psych Unit, for what may be your last ever chance to see a true living legend perform in the UK.

Opening the night will be top Jerry Garcia tribute band Under The Stars, featuring members of Barry’s Paris-based band Jamasutra, including long-time sideman Stephane Missri.

Expect a full evening of psychedelic 60s sound, festival history, glorious guitar work and vintage lighting from Glastonbury’s very own Dr Love.
