Did you know that using our senses to connect with nature can boost our body’s immunity and vitality and can refresh and rejuvenate us? Or that mindfulness practice can reduce stress and improve our sleep, mood and concentration?
We are starting a creative group, using nature-based arts, walks and meditations and invite you to join us in developing and participating in a supportive, playful space of like-minded people, in which well-being through reconnection with nature, others and ourselves is priority. These are closed door sessions, run when the cafe is closed.
